Enjoy the opportunity to enhance your skills and learn from one of India’s rising stars of Bharatanatyam, Lavanya Ananth.

The workshop will have 2 sessions, Intermediate-Advanced Nritta and Advanced Abhinaya. Due to the limited time available, the learning pace will be fast and focused.

Advanced Abhinaya Workshop – 9:00am – 12:00pm

Dancers of any style of Bharatanatyam are welcome to attend the Advanced Abhinaya Workshop. Suggested that attendees have completed their Arangetram or  learned a Varnam.

Intermediate-Advanced Nritta Workshop – 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Dancers of any style of Bharatanatyam are welcome to attend the Intermediate-Advanced Nritta Workshop. Suggested that attendees have previously learned a complex nritta item such as Thillana.

WORKSHOP FEES

$100 for one session of your choice (Nritta or Abhinaya)
$175 for both sessions (Nritta and Abhinaya)
$10 per song for professional music recording
$5 DVD for attendees practice video to cover reproduction costs (OPTIONAL)
