Chitram is a grand multimedia musical theater production, with concept and artistic direction by visionary composer Kanniks Kannikeswaran. Proceeds from the Twin Cities presentation of Chitram benefit Second Harvest Heartland.

Suchitra Sairam will present a solo Bharatanatyam piece, and has choreographed a group Bharatanatyam presentation for Chitram.
