Enjoy the opportunity to learn from one of the world’s top Bharatanatyam solo artists, Priyadarsini Govind. Due to the limited time available, the learning pace will be fast and focused.

NRITTA WORKSHOP – 6:00 – 7:15pm
Dancers of any style of Bharatanatyam are welcome to attend the Nritta Workshop. Priyadarsini will share tips and techniques to developing great nritta and stage presence. – Suggested that attendees have learned a complex nritta item such as Thillana.

ABHINAYA WORKSHOP – 7:30pm – 9:30pm
Dancers of any style of Bharatanatyam are welcome to attend the Abhinaya Workshop. Attendees will learn a short abhinaya piece, such as a padam, javali, or slokam. – Suggested that attendees have completed their Arangetram, or learned a Varnam.
