Does the thought of Indian dance excite you? Intimidate you? Bore you?
Are you curious, but just don’t know where to start?
No idea on how to watch and enjoy it?
Join Kala Vandanam for a Dance Informance – an informal, informational performance where Bharatanatyam, the oldest and most widely performed classical dance tradition of India, will be de-mystified. Watch some demonstration and performance, then try your hands, eyes and feet at some movements, and your voices at some vocal percussion!
